Attendee Registration

Attendee registration will open on Friday, February 7 and close on Wednesday, May 13. After May 13, we will only accept on-site registration if space allows. Don’t wait to register! Registration is only available online. Once we reach full capacity, registration will close. We do not allow shared registrations.

Early Registration: $40.00
(February 7 – March 31)
Regular Registration: $50.00
(April 1 – May 13)
On-Site Registration: $65.00
(Applies to any registrations beginning May 14 if space allows)

Payment

Attendees are required to register online and submit payment via a credit card. After registration has been submitted online, you will receive a confirmation email with further conference information. Questions about registration can be directed to Megan at memccan@ilstu.edu.

If you prefer to register with a check or purchase order, please fill out the paper registration form and mail it in with payment.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund less a $15.00 processing fee will be provided for cancellation requests received prior to Friday, May 1. No refunds will be provided after May 1. Even if you have not paid in full, the cancellation policy applies to everyone that submits the online registration form. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to Meg at mdrhoa1@ilstu.edu.
